Understand each one of the techniques:

NEURO LINGUISTIC PROGRAMING (NLP)

NLP is the study of the conscious and unconscious processes that combined form the patterns in which people live. The technique uses three main bases, as the word already says “neuro” that compounds our cognitive processes (and here we include behaviors and senses, as it is through them that we develop meanings), and “linguistics” is the way we organize ideas and express ourselves through language. And finally the “programming” which is how we bound our two previous foundations, resulting in the way we act on a daily basis.

Therefore the neurolinguistic programming has the objective of studying these mechanisms, and how they were formed, in order to change the patterns and bring awareness of what is happening. This is the only way to modify a pattern that has been repeated for so long. Through NLP it is possible to model these processes already operating on the subject and then achieve the desired goal.

It is important to emphasize that neurolinguistic programming is not a therapy, but a technique / tool that is added to the therapeutic process with the aim of working internal and external communication.

CLINICAL HYPNOSIS

Hypnosis is nothing more than a high state of concentration or focused attention, where peripheral concentration is reduced. This state is reached through hypnotic induction, which provides the individual a greater response to the procedure or suggestion.

Hypnosis is often necessary because there is something called critical faculty that always makes us question what is real and what is not (and here we talk about memories, feelings and sensations), and through hypnosis all these questionings get in secondary place and, we can then access the history of the individual as it was actually recorded.

Large part of our thoughts (I would here venture to say 90%) have unconscious origins, where consciousness does not act or comprehends based on our earliest experiences, which are repeated today. Clinical hypnosis aims to find and know the ORIGIN of thoughts, problems, patterns, and behaviors that often recur in our lives and limits us.

Much is discussed about mental suggestions, and about molding individuals and their patterns, and of course, that incongruous suggestions or that do not make sense in the subject’s life will not last long enough (I cite here the example of hypnosis shows where the professional suggests that the person forgets her name, of course that in a short time this suggestion is undone  and the person remembers again) that is why what happens in hypnotherapy is a deep work with the belief system, where we can look and understand why that pattern was created and then resignify it, look from a new perspective so that it does not recur. It is not the trance that works, it is the desire for change, hypnosis comes to add to that desire and gives the subject a new resource for it.

Hypnosis and the therapist are catalyst structures for this change, but where it actually happens is in the patient, the desire to change.

What can be worked on in hypnosis?

Basically everything! In hypnosis we can look at living standards such as relationships, financial or money patterns, various disorders (anxiety, compulsion, depression, trauma, eating disorders), relationship and behavior with food, weight loss, smoking, fears. It is also possible to make progress towards a future situation, regression to desensitize or understand past events, and we can still understand the mechanism (and whys) of problems / physical diseases. There is an infinite range of possibilities concerning to what hypnosis can work on.

RESIGNIFYING TECHNIQUES

What is in fact to resignify? The most common thing to think about is to bring a new meaning, but it is still removing the AFFECT from a situation, by resignifying an experience, you are removing the affect it has over you, that is, it no longer affects you, it does not remove your best energies, no longer disturbs you, nor makes you nervous, angry or afraid. To resignify is not to FORGET, but to look from a new place to that same situation, carrying with your new resources to deal with it.

When meaning changes, so do we, and we still change the way we act and face it. The meaning of all that, and we still change the way we act and face that. The meaning of everything that happens to us depends on the filter by which we see it, the reframing is the change of that filter, and therefore the change of meaning. From this new place we can think and feel from a new place, and take into account other factors that maybe were not seen before.

PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT

A PNL é o estudo dos processos conscientes e inconscientes que combinados formam os padrões nos quais as pessoas vivem. A técnica usa três principais bases, como a palavra já diz a “neuro” que compõem os nossos processos cognitivos (e aqui incluímos comportamentos e sentidos, já que é através deles que desenvolvemos significados), e “linguística” que é a forma como organizamos as ideias e nos expressamos, através da linguagem. E por fim a “programação” que é a forma como unimos nossas duas bases anteriores, resultando na forma como agimos no dia-a-dia.

Portanto a programação neurolinguística, tem o objetivo de estudar esses mecanismos, e a forma como foram formados, a fim mudar os padrões e trazer à consciência o que está acontecendo. Só assim é possível modificar um padrão que vem sendo repetido há tanto tempo. Através da PNL é possível fazer a modelagem desses processos já operantes no sujeito e então alcançar o objetivo desejado.

Importante salientar que a programação neurolinguística não é uma terapia, mas uma técnica/ferramenta que é somada ao processo terapêutico com o objetivo de trabalhar a comunicação interna e externa.

FAMILY CONSTELATION

Family Constellation is a recent, phenomenological, systemic approach developed by the German philosopher Bert Hellinger, a psychotherapeutic method that studies the behavioral patterns of family groups through their generations.

When we are born, we inherit from our family not only genetics, but the whole belief schemes and behavior patterns, it is in this energy field that we grow and evolve, each one from birth occupies a unique place in this system. However our ancestry is quite complex, it means that we are passed on not only their beliefs and values, but still everything that is kept in secret and carried forward through genetic memory to all descendants until it reaches you.

Family Constellation is a technique used to address physical and/ or mental issues that allows us to look at the dynamics of a family, which are often unknown. Through the family constellation it is possible to identify these events that, even unknown, can bring problems to our lives and prevent it from flowing.

The constellation seeks the explanation so that we as humans understand that there are no victims or tormentors, just people trying to do their best. And this possibly takes place because we feel prevented from doing differently, or because we have been held back, or because we have learned this way (who has never seen oneself criticizing one’s mother and years later reproducing the same behavior? (laughter).

By the comprehension of these phenomena, understanding the truth behind it, and releasing all the burden, we can then HEAL what was sick, because a new meaning has been attributed to that situation and we can finally look at that from a new place.
